Are you a disciplinarian using corporal punishment on your adult student when he gets bad grades? Consider using our spanking calculator worksheet to determine a punishment and to keep a record of it. The sheet works like this:
Step 1: The Grade
Before meeting with his disciplinarian, the student fills in the very top of the sheet with his name, the date, the grade he got and the class he got it in. He also writes down a few notes that why he got that particular grade—both what he did wrong and what he did well.
Note that for every grade the student fills out a separate punishment calculator worksheet.
Step 2: The Talk
The disciplinarian then meets with the student to learn what grades he got and to administer any needed punishment. She begins by taking the filled-out grade sheet(s) and arranging them in order from best grade to worst.
Now it is time to talk over the first grade. Depending on what it is, the disciplinarian decides what condition the student will be in during their talk. Typically, if the grade is an A then the talk can happen while the student is clothed and seated comfortably. If the grade is such that the disciplinarian feels some initial humiliation is in order, the student might be forced to strip, to his underwear or completely naked. Maybe he should be made to stand in front of his disciplinarian and/or keep his heads behind his head.
If the grade is especially bad—or if the disciplinarian feels that extra motivation is required for the student to pay attention—a “concentration aid” can be given to the student. We’ve suggested forcing the student to maintain eye contact during the talk, attaching clothes pins to his balls, inserting a butt plug and/or making a punishment stool with a prickly mat for the student to sit on bare-bottomed.
Disciplinarians, remember to fully discuss why the student got his grade. No matter how good the grade, there are things a student could do better. No matter how bad the grade, there’s likely at least one thing he did well. You’ll need to know why the grade is, not just what the grade is, to move on to the next step.
Step 3: The Punishment
By this point, the disciplinarian should have a sense of how much of a spanking (if any) the student needs. The spanking might be with a variety of implements. It might be given over clothes, over underwear only, with your student completely nude or even directly on the anus. In addition you might administer a penis spanking and/or some non-spanking punishments like an enema or forcing your student to politely ask for his spanking every time you change implements.
We’ve added some blank lines to the sheet so disciplinarians can write in their own implements and non-spanking punishments.
After the spanking is finished, the disciplinarian signs the sheet indicating that the punishment has been administered in full. (Some disciplinarians might want to have the student sign too.) Then she can make a copy of it so both she and the student can keep one for their records. Next semester, the old punishment worksheets can be pulled out and used to see if the grades are getting better or worse, and whether previous punishments worked or need to be made more severe.
If there are other grade worksheets to discuss, the disciplinarian can now find the one with the next highest grade and start over with Step 2.
Obviously, this punishment sheet is intended for male students. We’ll be punishing a separate one for females later.
What if you are a student without a disciplinarian?
Obviously, you should try to find one. There are lots of sites that can help. (Consider trying Alt.com).

John,
Normally we require a bit more explanation than that. But we’ve just finished some posts about students who didn’t take their studies as seriously as they should have and, frankly, are feeling fed up today with people not living up to their potential. You have only one life–live it as best as you can. Don’t approach school, or anything else, with a half-ass attitude.
So, you’ve admitted you haven’t studied as much as you should. In thinking about your punishment we gave you the benefit of the doubt and assumed you’ve gotten decent grades in the past. We’ve also assumed that you KNEW you weren’t studying as hard as you should be throughout your classes but took no action to correct that.
On to your punishment:
For the biology class, we decided to go a bit easy on you. Oh, you’ll get a lot of spankings, both over your underwear and bare bottom. Also, since you failed to provide more explanation in your comment, you’ll have to write five sentences about why you deserved your punishment, with reminder spankings between each. But we don’t think you deserve any more punishment than that.
For your physics class, we were not in such a forgiving mood. Physics is HUGELY important in today’s high tech society. Getting a C, simply because you didn’t study hard enough, is ridiculous. To learn your lesson, you’ll have to experience humiliation, not just pain. So, during your lecture, you’ll be wearing woman’s panties . . . and only panties; keep your hands on your head and eye contact with your disciplinarian. You’ll get lots of spankings, and a butt plug will have to be inserted for at least some of them. At the end, write 8 sentences about why you deserved your punishment.
With that little preview, here are your next steps:

4) Come back and leave a comment after your punishment is concluded. Be prepared to upload signed copies of your punishment sheets (we’ll give instructions on how) and answer questions about your punishment experience.

my sophomore year has ended and for the last semester i’ve been missing many lessons. and for those classes that i turn up for, i’ve been turning up late so often my professors were keeping me at the back of class. besides punishment sheets for grades, do you guys have punishment sheets for tardiness and truancy?
i’m really in need of some help.

Dear Help,
Well, when your grades from the last semester arrive you can be subject to the punishment sheets at that point. But, in your case, what it really sounds like you need is 1) a good disciplinarian and 2) a system of maintenance spankings that take place for the WHOLE of your next semester (and maybe for the whole of your junior year). That is, even if you go to every class on time and if you do well in all of your lessons, you’d still get your weekly maintenance spanking. I’d suggest something along the lines of being stripped to your underwear, getting an over-the-knee hand spanking for a few minutes and then, say, 10 with a paddle and then taking a seat on a pickly Welcome mat while you discuss your week’s behavior with your disciplinarian. Depending on how your did that week, she/he’d assign you additional punishment after that. Also, immediately after your weekly maintenance spanking and punishment (if any), I’d also suggest doing at least on hour of school work while your disciplinarian is there and present in the room

I did very poorly in my flight mechanics class receiving a D+. My grades are usually much better than that (As and Bs). I have no good excuse for why I didn’t put any effort into tis class. I didn’t study at all, and I missed 3 out of 7 labs because I just didn’t feel like going. I’m lucky I passed at all.

Tom,
Your punishment sheet is complete. The last person who asked for one never left a comment. If you really want to improve, DO NOT be one of those people. Leave a comment to let us know you got this message. And then again after your first day of punishment is complete.
I say “first day” because you have 3 days of spankings coming: one for each lab you missed. Since concentration is one of the things you are lacking, you’ll have to endure three concentration aids during your lecture. (This fits with the three labs you missed too). You’ll be nude throughout and get 10 impliments on your bottom cheeks, 6 applied directly to your anus. It is up to your disciplinarian to decide how many swats with each impliment. (We hope she decides on at least 10). I’ve recommended that she increase the number of strokes each day and, to add to the embarrassment, find one additional witness for your second day punishment and two witnesses for the third.
All the details are on your sheet. Of course, I’ve left blank lines for your disciplinarian to increase your punishment as she sees fit:

I took my first session today. I am so sore
My disciplinarian decided that the butt plug is going to increase in size each day. We started today with a medium. She also decided that half of the spankings will be with a ginger plug, and I will have to stand in the corner with a fresh ginger plug inserted for 30mins after. I am one very sore naughty boy

I did very bad in my creative writing class and got a D in the class. I never had much of an excuse for not doing work, including one major project, other than because I simply didn’t feel like doing it and didn’t apply myself. I was lucky to even get away from the class with a D.
